At Berber Crafts, we stand behind the quality of our handmade products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

All returns must meet the following conditions:

Item must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.

Item must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, but we will refund the item price.
